Educational Leadership (M.A.)

Welcome to our dynamic M.A. in Educational Leadership program, offering two concentrations to shape the next generation of administrative leaders.

The M.A. in Educational Leadership is for students who seek increasingly responsible leadership roles in higher education, PreK-12 education, or educational training divisions in business, healthcare, public service, or non-profit community organizations. Earning a degree in Educational Leadership from FGCU can make all the difference in your career. Our reputation in Southwest Florida is exceptional, having forged deep ties within our community.

We are also one of the most affordable master's programs in Florida, delivering unmatched value for those seeking to move into roles such as:

  • Higher education administrative positions (director, dean, provost, president)
  • Administrators for PreK-12 schools (FELE must be taken if seeking FLDOE certification)
