Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS)
Overview:
CAPS provides counseling and mental health resources to FGCU students. CAPS is located on the 3rd floor of the Student and Community Counseling Center or you can email them at 239-590-7950 or caps@fgcu.edu for more information. Our center is fully accredited by the International Accreditation of Counseling Services, Inc. and ready to serve the mental health needs of our students.
Services offered:
Individual Counseling, Group Counseling, Relationship Counseling, Psychiatric Services, Case Management, Consultation, Outreach Programs, Crisis Intervention, Testing for LD and/or ADHD, Alcohol and/or Marijuana Use Psychoeducational Group, Suicide Prevention Programs, Nutritional Counseling, Referrals to Community Resources, Relationship Self-Assessments, Online Presentations and Self-Help Resources.

Overview:
Students overall health and wellness is closely tied to a positive university experience and academic success. Our Student Health Services provides a variety of healthcare services and resources, student health services help students when they are sick, educate them on healthy lifestyle choices and protect them through vaccination, education and accessibility.

Overview:
What's college without a little fun? Here at FGCU we've got everything you could want. Kayaks and boat rides at the waterfront, workout in the gym or take a dip at SoVi pool. With so much to do on campus you almost never have to leave! University Recreation & Wellness provides state-of-the-art facilities, innovative programs, a gateway to lifelong well-being, and an avenue for student success. Within these spaces, our community lives an active life, grows personally, develops professionally, and has fun. We are the recreational home for FGCU.
