Resort and Hospitality Management Facilities
Study in a first-of-its-kind facility
Herbert J. Sugden Hall, home of the School of Resort & Hospitality Management, feels more like an upscale, contemporary boutique hotel or club than a traditional academic institution.
The 37,000-square-foot facility functions as a working laboratory that features a wine and food demonstration laboratory, a multi-function ballroom, meeting rooms, two pre-function event spaces, food production and restaurant laboratory, and audio/visual/internet technology. You’ll take many of your classes in Sugden Hall and you’ll have use of its Key Lime Bistro Cyber Café to work on class projects, access the internet and virtual experts, as well as network with other SRHM students.
