Resident Housing Association (RHA)

The Resident Housing Association (RHA) is the official voice of the residential student body living in North Lake Village,
South Village and West Lake Village at FGCU. Members have an opportunity to develop
social, networking, communication and leadership skills as well as attend and participate
in events, conferences, and community service. RHA’s mission is to serve as the governing
body that instills empowerment, responsibility and tradition in students living on
campus. In addition to being the voice of the resident student body, RHA is just as
well known for its social events.
Area Councils, a subdivision of RHA, provide opportunities for students to get involved in a variety of leadership positions within their residence hall. There are four executive board positions in each area and floor/wing delegates. All positions are elected at the beginning of the fall semester and are held for the entire academic year.
Residential Conduct Committee (RCC)

The Residential Conduct Council (RCC) is a conduct hearing body run entirely by residential students. Council members typically meet twice a week and hear conduct cases, render decisions for students who violate university policies and levy sanctions as appropriate. All residential students are welcome to apply for the RCC within the first three weeks of classes in fall and spring.
National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH)

The National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH) is an honor society that exclusively recognizes leaders in the residence halls and
is comprised of the top 1% of students living on campus. The organization focuses
on four pillars: service, scholastics, recognition and leadership. NRHH hosts programs
and events such as It’s On Us, Study Sesh with CAA and Midnight Breakfast during finals.
Applications for NRHH are accepted in October and February.
