Blake P. Hampton
Blake P. Hampton is an elder law, estate planning, and estate administration/probate
attorney. After graduating from Stetson Law, he began working at the prestigious Sheppard Law
Firm in Fort Myers, having interned there since high school.
In 2015, Blake founded Hampton Law to focus on comprehensive, long-term care and estate
planning for the elderly. The mission of the firm is to help families “plan today
for peace of mind tomorrow”. Hampton was inspired at age 15 to become an elder law
attorney because his brother, Grant has autism. Hampton wanted to find a profession
where he could combine his passion to serve the elderly and help those with disabilities
and special needs.
Hampton is one of the youngest attorneys admitted to the US Court of Appeals for Veterans
Claims and one of the youngest to serve on the Medicaid, VA Benefits and Special Needs
Trust Committees of the Florida Bar Elder Law Section. Hampton is an active member
of the Fort Myers Beach Chamber of Commerce and President Rotary Club of Fort Myers
South. He serves as Vice President on the board of directors for LARC, Inc., a non-profit
organization that assists those with special needs. Hampton is also the 2021 Past
President of the Lee County Bar Association. In addition to being named a Super Lawyers
Rising Star for the past seven years in a row, Hampton was recognized as a top 40
under 40 professional by Naples/Lee Herald Magazine in 2017.
