AI Applications for Business Leaders
This 2-3 hour course prepares business leaders and executives for the opportunities and risks that AI brings, particularly in the context of generative AI. Through this course, we prepare leaders for the coming changes to ensure they avoid business model disruption harming their business, give leaders information to help them evaluate their business strategies in light of AI’s likely impact, and explore the risks and considerations that should be evaluated for any business implementing AI.
Building a Culture of Accountability
How to develop ownership mindsets: This 2-3 hour workshop introduces learning about the concepts and importance of organizational culture, recognizing organizational norms and practices, and identifying mismatches in what is practiced and preached. Further, the course teaches how companies can build a culture of accountability through the development of an employee ownership mindset.
Building Collaborative Team Environments
This 2-3 hour workshop will focus on providing participants with models of teams, team performance, and teamwork, and providing participants with the skills necessary to create a positive team environment and function as a quality team. We will address known and unknown barriers to building inclusive and diverse teams to nurture a more innovative, collaborative, and responsive environment.
Constructive Conflict and Communication
Conflict management is essential to effective leadership. When applied constructively, conflict can result in positive and desirable outcomes. Participants will study the latest research and techniques related to identifying, assessing, and resolving conflict in the workplace. Further, throughout the 2-3 hour course, participants will apply practical techniques for negotiating difficult workplace situations, finding workable solutions, and improving team communication and performance.
Data-Driven Decision Making
In this 2-3 hour course, you’ll learn to use data to discover unmet needs and gain an understanding of the people behind the data points. You will learn how to use data to uncover insights about people, products, or services.
